Do's and Don'ts during the Loan Process
 

VERY IMPORTANT DO’S AND DON’TS:

• Do let us know if you are planning to be away during the loan process
   
• Do contact us prior to transferring funds, gifts, down-payments, etc. out of your or someone else’s account(s)
   
• Do not open or apply for any new credit account.
   
• Do not buy anything major (with cash or credit) during the loan process.
   
• Do not quit your job, just before or during the loan process!
   
• Do not withdraw large sums of money from your accounts prior to or during the loan process.
