After graduating from
UCLA and getting his MBA from Cal State University Long Beach, Bob
began his real estate career over 25 years ago. Bob started
his career working for a residential homebuilder where he focused on
the financial and marketing side of the business. His duties
included building relationships with joint venture partners for the
development of various residential housing tracks in Southern
California. After gaining extensive experience in the financial
world, Bob set out as a mortgage consultant which has become his
true life passion for the past eighteen years. During his mortgage
career he has closed virtually every kind of loan for his
clients - home purchases, refinances, investment (rental),
vacation homes and construction loans. This encompasses loans from
$100,000 to over $2,000,000. Clients may also benefit from an
equity line second trust deed loan. Currently Bob has over
$118,000,000 worth of loans under his
management.

Bob has been
married over 30 years to his wife, Linda, and he has three
children Kirk, Katie and Andy. Linda enjoys teaching at the
kindergarten level at a local Orange Count School. Kirk just
graduated from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and is now working for a
large local Orange County homebuilder. Katie graduated from the
University of Arizona and has become Bob's operations manager for
the past five years. Andy graduated from Arizona State University
and was part of the ASU Sundevil football team. He now works in
property management in Orange County.
